By downloading, installing, or using the Eazy88 application, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

Description of Service

Eazy88 is a mobile application that helps Working Holiday Visa holders in Australia track their 88 days of specified work. The app provides day tracking, AI-powered payslip analysis, a job and housing marketplace, and related tools. Eazy88 is an informational tool and does not provide legal or immigration advice.

User Accounts

You must create an account using Google or Apple Sign-In to access the app. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the app for any unlawful purpose, post false or misleading marketplace listings, attempt to reverse-engineer or exploit the app, or harass other users through the platform. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Marketplace

The marketplace allows users to post and browse listings for jobs, housing, vehicles, and road trips. Eazy88 acts only as a platform and is not a party to any transaction between users. We do not verify the accuracy of listings and are not responsible for disputes between users.

AI Features

The AI payslip analysis feature provides automated data extraction and is intended as a convenience tool. While we strive for accuracy, results should be verified by the user. Eazy88 is not responsible for errors in AI-generated data extraction.

Intellectual Property

All content, design, and functionality of the Eazy88 app are owned by Eazy88 and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the app without our written permission.

Limitation of Liability

Eazy88 is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to visa application outcomes, lost data, or marketplace transactions. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service (which is zero for the free version).

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of significant changes through the app.
